Important Financial Aid Information:

  • October 1st is the start date for students to apply for financial aid for the next school year.
  • FAFSA is due on June 30th.
  • The Cal Grant is a California-specific financial aid allocation that does not need to be paid back. Cal Grant applicants must apply for the FAFSA or CADAA by the deadline and meet all eligibility, financial, and minimum GPA requirements of either program.
    • Application period is October 1 – March 2 annually for the following Fall term.
  • Undocumented, Dream Act-eligible students should fill out a California Dream Act Application (CADAA) instead of the FAFSA.
  • Student Success Completion Grant – Cal Grant recipients can get an additional $1,298 per year (if enrolled in at least 12 units per semester) or up to $4,000 per year (if enrolled in at least 15 units per semester)

  • Financial aid information is available in English, Spanish & Chinese.
